NB: Names and contact information of a relative or other contact person, when the client choses to give this information, are stored only to be able to notify the contact person in the event of a sudden, acute illness that may occur during a session. They are not used for any other reason.

• Access their personal information and notes made after session and other personal information

• Change their personal information

• Request the deletion of their personal information

• Terminate the contractual relationship


Storage time for personal information:

The company stores personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing. Data is deleted when a contractual relationship ends.
