Hi, I am Naama.
I am a therapist, deeply committed to exploring the richness of presence, attention, and authenticity. I work both individually an with groups. Drawing from my executive career in multinational corporations, I also work with organizations, helping foster a wholesome, human-centered working environment.
My tool is Gestalt – a humanistic approach that emphasizes awareness, present-moment experience, and the organization of perceptions into meaningful shapes.

My story
I’m an Israeli – Polish citizen born in 1967. I moved to Switzerland in 2012 and became a Swiss citizen in 2025. I’m also a wife and a proud mom of three grown children.
My professional journey spans over two decades in multinational corporations ranging from legal and tax advisory roles to executive leadership. While managing large teams and navigating complex corporate landscapes, I developed a strong interest in supporting personal growth, leadership development, and emotional well-being within the workplace. This led me to explore more human-centered approaches to professional and organizational transformation and that is how I encountered Gestalt therapy.
Today both in my private practice as gestalt therapist and when I work with organizations, my aim is to create a safe space for genuine connection, exploration, and growth where presence and awareness can thrive, revealing what is true and vital in each of us.
I value slowing down, turning into the subtle field of interactions, and trusting the wisdom within each moment. I believe in the sacredness of working with people and honor each individual’s unique journey. As a writer, a mom, a mediator and former top corporate executive I bring a keen eye for detail, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility to my work.

Organizational background
My professional journey began in international tax law, with degrees in law from Tel Aviv University (LL.B, 1992) and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (LL.M, 1994). I practiced in large corporate settings and a global consulting firm before transitioning into leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
From 2012 to 2022, I held senior management positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals International GmbH in Rapperswil, Switzerland, where I led large cross-functional teams. Thereafter Teva, I also led Myovant Sciences GmbH in Basel, gaining deep insights into organizational dynamics, leadership, and the human challenges within high-performance environments.
