Hi, I am Naama.

I am a therapist, deeply committed to exploring the richness of presence, attention, and authenticity. I work both individually and with groups. Drawing from my executive career in multinational corporations, I also work with organizations, helping foster a wholesome, human-centered working environment.

My tool is Gestalt – a humanistic approach that emphasizes awareness, present-moment experience, and the organization of perceptions into meaningful shapes.

My story

My professional journey spans over two decades in multinational corporations, encompassing legal and tax advisory roles through to executive leadership. While managing large teams and navigating complex corporate landscapes, I developed a deep interest in supporting personal growth, leadership development, and emotional well-being in the workplace. This drew me toward more human-centered approaches to professional and organizational transformation — and it was through this path that I encountered Gestalt therapy.

Today, both in my private practice as a Gestalt therapist and in my work with organizations, my aim is to create a safe space for genuine connection, exploration, and growth — where presence and awareness can flourish, revealing what is true and vital in each of us. I value slowing down, attuning to the subtle field of interactions, and trusting the wisdom held within each moment. I believe in the sacredness of working with people and honor each individual’s unique journey.

As a writer, a mother, a mediator, and a former corporate executive, I bring a keen eye for detail, deep compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility to everything I do.

gestalt background

I completed a four-year Gestalt Psychotherapy Diploma at the Norwegian Gestalt Institute University College (NGI) and hold certification as a trainer of the Cape Cod Training Program through the Gestalt International Study Center (GISC).

I am a member of:

  • European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT)
  • Gestalt International Study Center (GISC)
  • New York Institute for Gestalt Therapy (NYIGT)

I engage regularly in professional supervision and peer consultation with experienced coaches and therapists, continuously deepening my practice. My work is guided by the EAGT code of Ethics.

Organizational background

My professional journey began in international tax law, with a law degree from Tel Aviv University (LL.B, 1992) and a Master’s from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (LL.M, 1994). I went on to practice in large corporate environments and a global consulting firm before transitioning into leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry.

From 2012 to 2022, I held senior management positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals International GmbH in Rapperswil, Switzerland, leading large cross-functional teams. I subsequently served as head of Myovant Sciences GmbH in Basel, gaining deep insight into organizational dynamics, leadership, and the very human challenges that arise within high-performance environments.
